Infosys block deal on March 12: Shruti Shibulal, one of many promoters of Infosys, on Wednesday acquired extra shares of the IT agency for ₹469 crore by way of an open market transaction.
Shruti is daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal.
In accordance with block deal knowledge on NSE, Shruti purchased 29.84 lakh shares of Bengaluru-based Infosys.
The shares have been picked up at a median value of ₹1,574 apiece, taking the deal worth to ₹469.69 crore.
In the meantime, Gaurav Manchanda, one of many members of the family of SD Shibulal, offered the identical variety of shares on the similar value.
Infosys’ shares fell 4.31 per cent to shut at ₹1,590.05 apiece on the NSE.
On Tuesday, Shruti purchased the IT main’s shares value ₹494 crore.
